Technical development includes the packing plan. When four small bathhouse units shipped to three sites in one summer, each unit was packaged for its own delivery and stacked in the order the crew would use it: floor assembly on top, walls in the middle, roof panels at the bottom.
Nothing gets moved twice. The crane picks in sequence, and the site stays clear.
When the container doors open on site, the plan has to keep working. Crane week, the next series, picks up there.
