What we text about

We text for one-to-one conversations about your inquiry or project only: confirming we received your request, scheduling a call or site visit, coordinating deliveries and installation, and answering questions. We do not send marketing texts, and we do not buy, rent, or use third-party phone lists.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the optional “Text me about this project” box on our contact form, or by texting us first at 305-509-0332. The box is unchecked by default. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of working with us; you can inquire, get answers, and hire us without agreeing to texts.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your project and the conversation. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

Stopping texts

Reply STOP at any time to opt out. We may send one message confirming you have opted out, then we will not text you again unless you opt in again. Reply HELP, call 305-509-0332, or email [email protected] if you need assistance.

Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties for marketing. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy.
