Jackson Hole, Wyoming
Mass timber, built for Jackson Hole.
Custom homes in cross-laminated timber for Jackson, Wilson, Teton Village, and the valley between, designed around deep snow, short seasons, and sites worth protecting.
Building Here
What Jackson Hole asks of a building.
Every region we work in has its own weather, rules, and roads. These are the ones that shape a mass-timber project here.
Snow
Some of the highest design snow loads in the country. Roofs, overhangs, and entries are structural questions here, not details.
Season
A short building window and a long one for weather damage. A dry shell in weeks instead of months changes what a season can deliver.
Wildfire
Much of the valley sits in the wildland urban interface. Enclosure, venting, and defensible space matter more than the structure behind them.
Access
Teton Pass closures, weight limits, and narrow drives shape how containers and cranes reach a site. We plan the route before the order.
Why Mass Timber Here
What the system offers on this ground.
Exposed structure that fits the place
Spruce ceilings and walls read as architecture in a valley that expects timber, without the bulk of log construction.
A schedule that respects the window
Panels cut to shop drawings and sequenced for the crane go up fast, so the enclosure trades start before the weather turns.
One accountable package
Design coordination, fabrication, freight, and install planning under one roof, with a written delivery date.

Nearby Work
The Wilson Residence.
A three-bedroom home and a one-bedroom guest residence on a wooded acre less than a mile from Wilson, built on Austrian spruce CLT with triple-pane tilt-turn windows and charred Yellow Balau siding.
The structure was fabricated to the millimeter in Austria, shipped by container, and assembled on site through a Teton winter.
From Wherever You Are
You do not need to be here to build here.
Most of our owners live somewhere else during the build. One point of contact, decisions on a calendar, and photos at every milestone are how the process works.
